Common Name:  Damsel Bugs

Description:  These creatures are predatory on other small insects like aphids and caterpillars.  They are usually regarded as beneficial.  The body tapers anteriorly and may be tan or dark brown in color.   A row of closed cells around the perimeter of the front wing membrane is a distinctive character associated with this family.
